Individual Epstein Rotational Hitting Program
The Epstein Rotary Hitting Program is best learned 1 on 1. The program is 7 hours long, during the first lesson we remove all style (style: any movement that does not contribute to quickness, balance, sequence, and timing) We then introduce drills that enhance proper sequence, once drills are mastered we train hitters with:

Jugs Small Ball
Flat Bats
SwingAway Hitting Machine
Soft Toss
Fast pitch
Iron Mike Pitching Machine

Students will also be introduced to the mental game of hitting:
Know Thyself
The Type of Hitter you are
Hitting Count
Working Pitchers
Mental Preparation
Fear of Failure
and much more...

The Epstein Rotary Hitting 1 on 1 program is best scheduled twice per week for 3 1/2 weeks.
Included in the program is a V1 Video Locker with a before and after analysis and all complementing drills videos.
