NPA Pitching Clinic
The NPA clinics are designed to address all aspects of developing a competitive pitchers. We teach a safe and effective fastball, curveball and change-up. We give our athletes the best information around with a proven track record of success and injury risk reduction. Our program is the only science based approach to pitching in the world and is unmatched in its wealth of knowledge and expertise. All athletes will be trained using NPA/RDRBI protocols, principles, guidelines and drills. The first lesson we video tape and create a V1 video locker. We start by removing all style (style: any movement that does not contribute to velocity, location, balance, sequence, and timing).
NPA Pitching Clinics are geared for all ages and levels of experience. Each player will receive a V1 video locker with an in-depth before and after analysis, and a video copy of NPA drills and protocols.
