Lou has have been trained by Dr. Tom House, "The Father of Modern Day Pitching Mechanics", of the National Pitching Association (NPA) and the Rod Dedeaux Research Baseball Institute (RDRBI). Lou is also a "Mike Epstein Rotary Hitting" Certified Coach. Lou has over 7 years of pitching/hitting coaching experience. Lou specializes in training athletic development as well as baseball skill. Lou is a certified 3D clinician with Welch-e technologies and can measure a pitchers/hitters efficiency and diagnose injury potential. Lou uses V1 and Dartfish video analysis in his instruction.

Gil is a lifelong baseball enthusiast. He was a four year varsity baseball player at Prosser High School in Chicago (1982-1985) and earned various all-conference, all-city, and all-state honors as a shortstop and top hitter. He was also an all-conference player at North Park University in 1986. He has trained under various professional baseball players and served as an alternate on the United States Olympic Team in 1986 as a second baseman. Gil went on to play in the Winter Pro League in Mexico for the Montreal Expos AA and California Angels AAA. Gil continues to play competitive amateur baseball for national tournaments in Las Vegas, Arizona and Tampa, as well as, in various international venues like the Caribbean Winter World Series in Puerto Rico. He continues to earn honors as a smooth fielding, sure-handed infielder that can produce hits on a consistent basis. Since 2008, Gil has shared his baseball knowledge and trained local little league, high school and college players on his own and through the Naperville Baseball Academy. Gil's baseball background, knowledge, and positive approach will provide local players, teams, coaches and dads with excellent baseball training and leadership for years to come.

Paul Zuziak has acquired a lot of baseball experience over the years. Coach Zuziak was a standout at Schaumburg High School, where he earned All-Conference honors in 1985. He also played collegiately at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a period of time as an outfielder. Paul spends hours and hours each year working with the Glen Ellyn Youth Baseball Association and was elected to its Executive Board in 2008 where he currently serves as its Manager/Commissioner Chairman. Paul is a NPA Certified Pitching Coach.
