The Naperville Baseball Academy LTAD Program is based on the TPIJPC, we are using the same principles that TPI uses in golf and modified it to fit baseball. The "Parents Night Video" below has a in-depth explanation of the entire program.

The Naperville Baseball Academy believes in developing kids athletic ability so they can reach their potential in Baseball/Softball.

We are  strong believers in the Long Term Athletic Development Approach to help children develop the FUNdamental Movement Skills needed to play, not only baseball, but any sport.

With the emphasis on FUN, young athletes are taken through exercises and athletic games that will challenge them mentally and physically.

Prior baseball skills are not needed to participate in this progam.

According to Dr. Greg Rose, a founder of TPI, the Junior Performance Center (from which my program is based) is different from traditional methods of teaching baseball to youngsters, in which children spend hours at the batting cages or private lessons.
“Instead, this program is based on the principles of long-term athlete development – rooted in understanding how the body interacts with the brain at different stages of life,” he says. “We believe it will help take baseball to the next level in this country."
The goal of the program is to help them develop the FUNdamental Movement Skills that they are desperately lacking in today's culture of computers, video games and athletic early specialization.
