The intentions and goals of 5 Tool Academy are to educate and develop young players to their maximum potential physically, mechanically, nutritionally, emotionally and mentally. 5 Tool Academy aims to educate/train parents, players, and the baseball community in all facets and skills associated with the great game of baseball. 5 Tool Academy offers lessons, clinics, and camps teaching all baseball fundamentals . This also includes baseball specific explosion/velocity training, and positive mental thinking application.
5 Tool Academy features certified professional instructors, Mark Sheehan, Todd Riley, Matthew Richards and Lou Solarte who have been trained by Dr. Tom House, “The Father of Modern Day Pitching Mechanics”, of the National Pitching Association (NPA) and the Rod Dedeaux Research Baseball Institute (RDRBI).
